WOD: Bike 30km
Todays workout came in good timing from crossfit hq to coincide with the Tour de France and i performed a 20km bike ride around the local surrounding in 2 stages and the first 7.5k was done in 21 mins and then another 5k in 10 mins and the final 7.5 ( over very hilly terrain ) in another 15 mins
Always try whenever possible to perform any cardio in the real world, don't sub running for a treadmill, or the bike for an exercise bike. The one exemption that would be ok would be the c2 rower, but by all means if you have access to a river and kayak or the like then please use it.
