Form needs work but its official

WOD - Deadlift 1-10-1-20-1-30

Finally a strength, non timed workout from crossfit HQ. And boy did i take advantage of it. Tonight at Macquarie fields leisure centre i made lots of noise, spilt plenty of chalk and pissed a few people off, but it was more than worth it when my last single was a new PB not only my best but outright best between me and brother Ben, which i no doubt gather he will do everything he can to reclaim the title.

Needless to say i am stoked about my efforts, to which i owe Ben many thanks for the support and also holding the camera!. I only hope that everyone is inspired to do better today than yesterday (hopefully with better form than i have used here).

Lastly i would just like to mention the Deadlift as a whole and this quote i think not only sums up why we Deadlift but also gives a great rebuttal to all those so called trainers and experts out there who shun the Deadlift
